At Hypezoid, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds, refills, or replacements may be available for our digital social media growth services. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.

1 When a Refund May Be Available

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • Your order was not delivered at all
  • Only part of your order was delivered
  • You were charged twice for the same purchase
  • A confirmed technical issue on our side prevented delivery

2 Refill Guarantee Before Refund

Most of our services include a 30-day refill guarantee. If you notice a drop in engagement during the guarantee period, we will first attempt to replenish the missing amount at no additional cost. If the refill cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, we may approve a partial or full refund for the undelivered portion.

3 Review Window

Refund requests for non-delivery or incomplete delivery should be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order ID, checkout email, and a brief description of the issue. This window allows us to verify order data and platform changes while evidence is still available.

4 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • The order was delivered as purchased
  • Incorrect profile link or username was provided
  • Account was set to private, restricted, renamed, or deleted after checkout
  • Another campaign interfered with delivery
  • The social media platform removed engagement outside our control
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

5 Cancellations Before Processing

If you contact us before your order begins processing, we can usually cancel and issue a full refund. Once processing has started, cancellation is not guaranteed because digital delivery may already be underway and cannot always be reversed.

6 Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to platform outages, algorithm updates, high order volume, account restrictions, or technical maintenance. A delay alone does not automatically qualify for a refund if the order is still active and can reasonably be completed. Contact support so we can check your order and provide the best resolution.

7 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@hypezoid.com with the following information:

  • Your Order ID
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Target profile or post link
  • A clear description of the issue

We may ask for screenshots or additional details to verify the issue. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

8 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times vary, but most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

9 Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. If a dispute is opened while our support team is actively reviewing your order, we may pause further service until the payment provider process is complete.
